By accessing www.dexter.limited or working with Dexter, you agree to the following terms:

Service Scope:  Dexter provides marketing, creative, digital, and communication services as outlined in project proposals or contracts.

Project Approval:  All work must be approved by the client before execution. Once approved, changes may incur additional costs.

Payment Obligations:  Clients agree to pay service fees as defined in invoices or agreements. Delayed payments may affect project timelines.

Intellectual Property:  Final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment. Drafts, concepts, and source files remain Dexter’s property unless included in the agreement.

Content Responsibility:  Brands are responsible for verifying the accuracy of information they provide for design, communication, or publication.

Service Termination: Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Completed work or ongoing work will be billed accordingly.
